1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service purchased was not delivered due to a technical or operational failure on our part.

  • A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge to the customer.

  • The service provided does not match the description or agreed-upon specifications.

Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

  • The customer has changed their mind after purchasing the service.

  • The service was successfully provided, and no technical or operational issues were reported.

  • The service was disrupted due to external factors beyond our control, such as network provider failures.
     

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request – Send an email to support@ffsoft.kz with the subject “Refund Request.” Please include your full name, company details, order number, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

  2. Review Process – Our team will review the request within 5-7 business days and may contact you for additional information.

  3. Refund Approval – If the request meets our eligibility criteria, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
     

3. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Trial Services & Promotional Offers: Services purchased under promotional discounts or free trial periods are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

  • Service Modifications: If you request changes or modifications to a service after purchase, refund eligibility will be determined based on the extent of the changes.
